Tac, I just moved to PA. The court system is a little weird here. Which court handles small claims matter ? I have my suit ready to sue all 3 bureaus but not sure which court will hear the matter. I don't want to file in Federal Court unless I'm forced too. I'm in Monroe county by the way.
