This is my first posting to your board. I am very grateful for the expertise given here. I am getting my credit cleaned up as we speak. been at it for about 2 months now, maybe a tad bit shorter. I have gotten all judgements and about 9 of 15 collection accounts deleted. Some thru teh OC some thru the CRA's. My plan is to send about 3 months of letters to the CA's and when they don;t follow teh law, I AM taking them to court. I live in Dallas and have a few attorney friends, and they say that teh Dallas court system is especially hard on Collection Agencies. I think that is because Experian is here in Dallas... (Mayeb there is a coorelation) Anyway, where can i get teh forms to complete to bring suit? I am also trying to determine whether I want to take them to Small Claims, or Civil Circuit Court. Any suggestions? JO
