   and the CSR said that they have an unusually high amount of mail coming in right now. She said that once things come in, it's taking about 2 weeks to get them in dispute. Now, I'm taking that to mean that that would give them only 2 weeks to verify. HMMM, get those EXP disputes in all at once!!
