   Have tried 3 times now to get CL raised on a not-yet-activated target visa. Get lame we can't do that for 6 mos. type responses. Have asked for supervisors. Have asked for retention. Does anybody who has done this have a name/suggestion? (Getting so frustrated, might even have to use pronouns).
