Target Visa - Do they report the credit limit and other payments history properly on a mothly basis. Just wondering, if this card helps to build credit history, CAP 1 is the worst card. With cap 1, you have to pay off before the statement date and not by the payment date otherwise FICO score will be effected negativley because they dont report CL and they do report the balance without fail regularly which sucks.
Target visa does report the limits, and is very timely each month in re:to their reporting to the cra's.
