Everyone! If you make an E-Payment, check it now!!! Target (no, I don't like them, yes, I'm paying them off and lining my drawers or cancelling them...ARGGGGGGHHHH)... I just got off the phone with Target EPayment dept...only took me 4 calls and 4 "call this number" to get to the right one... I made a payment on 6/22 and have a confirmation number. Yesterday, it was there..today it's gone. (Amazing, last night is when my CL increase was not processed)...anyway....Susan in E-payments tells me that they've had a glitch and a few days worth of payments have been lost...so sorry. My account now shows payment due on 6/28 and that I never made the payment. Anyway, Susan, who was the nicest person, says that my minimum has been waved so it won't reflect late and that my account has been thoroughly noted with the issue. I should check in a few days cuz when they reboot the system it should go through. I got some bizarre stuff today...I've made my payments on time EVERY month, no questions. I called about the no process on CL increase) and I was told that they have seen few increases due to the economy or something. Bullhockey! Susan stated every person along the way should have known about this and not a single one acted like they had a clue. I'm frustrated...not happy with Target...not at all... Pooey!
