I started several years ago with a $100 limit and really never used it till maybe two years ago. Once you start using it and get close to your limit, they'll give increases without you asking. My limit went up to $2100 in about a year just by using it (didn't usually pay it all off either). Just so you all know they're good with increases if you use it well.
It has been my experience that if you are given a reference number, then you are probably approved. I applied (after paying off a Target chargeoff 4 months prior) and was given a reference number. a few minutes later I used that reference number to check the status and I was approved for $200! This was a year ago this month. My limit is now $700. Only one time did I call and get an extra $100. Then I called CS and complained about the $100 increase and got an addional $100. So I went from $200 to $500 to $600 to $700 in one year. I do use the card too much anymore. I guess I'll be there shopping this weekend! LOL...
Well, I got my two cards. Two guest cards, think I have any chance of converting one to a visa? I thought about using Planetfeedback to try to convert one. I just need a visa to help with my mix. Can you have the guest card and the visa?
