They said she CAN'T ask for a limit increase...they review every account like every 6 months and decide if to give an increase...LIE!!! They also said she already got one...LIE!!! I guess the CSR thought $10,000 couldn't be an opening limit!?!?!!?!?!
Well they need to get their act together - they told me they review your account every month.... Ozzy.
I sent an E-MAIL to them again for her... "I'm CONFUSED, you say (last e-mail) I have to call on the phone for a limit increase, so I do...they said I can't ask for one"
