I read a few pages back that you have a charge off with Target. FYI- I had a chargeoff from Mervyn's which is part of the same company and I was approved for a Target card. Go figure. And to even more amazement, I got the charge off removed from all three reports. I wrote them a letter telling them I was a valued customer and have a Target card. I basically said it was an error. Just for your information and you can use any card at any store. For instance, you could use Target at Marshal FIelds (Hudsons).
