Did you get the stupid letter from your PFB that said something like they don't handle credit issues, blah, blah. Then, get this, they thanked me for my fax..only I didn't fax them anything!
DON'T REMEMBER...I have got from credit card companies..."PLEASE CALL ON THE PHONE...E-MAIL IS NOT SECURE ENOUGH TO DISCUSS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" LIKE DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT IS SO CONFIDENTIAL ABOUT LOWERING THE INTEREST RATE OR INCREASING THE CREDIT LIMIT??? YOU SAY YES OR NO, OR JUST DO IT!!!
