   Hello There,
   
   I just call and talk to a very nice customer service rep to see if my apr can be lower from 12.9 to 9.9% she saids let me take a look for you I was on hold for a minute or so and she came back and said yes I can lower it to 9.9% effective immediately! I had the account for a year with them...

   I FINALLY GOT THE 9.90%...but my wife was told "WAIT TILL THE CARD EXPIRES"
   
   That is like 11/2004!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
   
   I will have her try again soon...it is 1 year old on 12/24/2002
