My Husband applied for the Target Visa 2 weeks ago, and was declined because of the BK-7. From reading the previous posts, I thought they were more BK friendly?

We have a Target and Mervyns both opened since 1994, perfect pymt history. Our BK is a little over two years old and our scores are around 625. Very little debt on his report, (Just a car that is almost paid off, 600.00 bal) plus good income. We have also rebuilt credit history.

Should we re-apply after a period of time, or are they not BK friendly like I thought I read?

2 years is probably too soon ... your score may not have recovered enough yet (or not enough positive trades reporting since bk).

You could always call and try to get someone to look into it more.
