My first Target Statement arrived today and the statement looks like Target Guest card bill. They gave me 12.9% fixed for purchase. My billing cycle ended on Jan 11 and they mailed outon Jan17 from Sioux Falls SD. It is encloed with pivacy notice and aTarget Visa explaination.It didn't take long to arrive. By the way I paid already before the bills came in the mail. They posted it already and I didn't pay inside the store. I used Bank Of America Billpay to pay. Ron.
