Re: Re: Target Visa.. what's the norm CL? Initially I had a guest card with a CL of $500 which was automatically upgraded to a visa with a CL of $5000 (about 3 years ago). Earlier this year I asked for a rate reduction which was reduced from 18.9 to 15.9%. About 6 months later I asked for a CL increase and this was increased to $6500.
