I have had my Target Visa since october 2000,I understand I was among those in the test-market area in Phoenix and recieved the card without asking for it--just recieved a letter with the card saying my target card was rolling over to the Target Visa.I originally had a $1,500 limit 18.90%--but shortly after that(within 6 months) recived a promo for (9.9% for tranfers and an increase to $3,500.It was issued by Retailers National Bank.
18.9 is not a great rate,and I have not asked to get it lowered,but I love Target and plan on asking for a lower rate in a month or two after I make 2 big payments to get it down to 0 balance
