Target Visa

    After 3 applications, I finally got approved for $4000 at 18.9. I am definitely calling to get that reduced before I activate the card:)

    Congrats! I got the 18.9% rate too and was able to call after about 2 months and have them reduce it to 15.9%. In another month or two I'll call again and ask for the 12.9%. :)

    Hey, Congrats Newcomer!

    You know I'd like to give it another shot at a Target Visa. What's your credit situation, scores, time between applications, etc..

    I got denied for Target Visa at first time. I waited for half a month. I reapply again and I got approved for Target Visa. They pulled credit report from Equifax.

    Ron,

    I like the sound of that. Very encouraging. Plus EQ gives me the highest score (all reports showing same amount of accounts, EQ has the most inquiries though since they are @#$@#$... :).

    My Scores are
    Equifax 635
    Experian 655
    Transunion 567-why I haven't found out yet. I got all of these from qspace.com. My scores will probably go up when my old mortgage lender reports my mortgage as being refinanced. Currently 2 mortgages are showing up on my reports.
