Re: Interesting! That's kinda depressing for me because even though I just got approved for the Guest card, the only other card I have is Cap One, and we know how they report. I was added as an AU on my mom's Chase/Walmart, but that isn't showing her limit either, just the balance. And it's not on EQ at all (yet?)
Interesting! Really considering applying for target visa... eq score is 696 No baddies TONS of inqs... Approved for amex blue 2k gm 5k and corvette 3500 Not sure if target is score driven enough to overlook inquirires.
Re: Re: target visa I had over 730 on EQ when I applied and they turned me down for the Visa (got the $300 Guest, which collects dust)
Re: Re: target visa What was your utilization? Mine is at 5%. I cant believe they turned you down with a 700+!!
Re: Re: target visa Well, I wonder what the heck kind of score you need if catnap got turned down with a 7something, lol. Love to apply, just dont want a toy card. It would seem funny not to get a target visa but be able to get an amex blue...but I guess stranger things have happened! Still, if anyone has info, please let me know.
Re: Re: target visa WIFE AND I GOT $10,000 EACH (1.5 years ago) I don't know if we applied today, if we would have got that much...
Re: Re: Re: target visa It would've been "36%" at the time (really was 22%, but the "Crapital One factor" screws that up entirely)
Re: Re: Re: target visa Pretty close GEORGE. Wife got a Target VISA @9000 after applying in-store a couple weeks ago. I didn't even try since I have a BK+2 baddies still on my EQ, which is what they pulled for Wife.
Re: Re: Re: target visa dunno how the heck it happened, but I applied for a target visa about 2 weeks ago, with a 626 EQ score, w/ 3 charge offs, and 2 never late accounts. I really only applied because I wanted the Target Guest card, and figured it'd be worth a shot, lord knows why. Anyways, I didn't get instant approval, but a week later I got a Target Visa in the mail! I'm not sure what they were smoking, but I'm not gonna argue . The terms were kinda low, 500CL and 18.89 percent APR, which makes me think that they really read my credit report, I was just suprised cuz of all the threads I've read about how strict they are in accepting. Dunno if they're loosening their requirements or something. It's awesome cuz I only have a secured First Premier 200cl card and an HB 300cl card, both with annual fees and crappy aprs, and the target card has no fees and even has rewards.
Re: Sears AU Reporting I know this is old, but it may help someone. Call Sears and tell them it isn't reporting. That's what I did and it showed up about two days later...
