   I was declined for utilization (which they don't even report to EQ correctly, so how can they correctly judge utilization), and 1 derog.

   I was aproved for one when my chapter 7 was 8 years old.for 700.00 cl have not ben able to get any thing out of them for the 2 years the card has be opended .
