    I have been playing with Target for awhile now. I apply and get the "we are unable to approve you at this time" note. This time when I applied it stated your application will require further processing.
    Does this mean they are actually considering giving me one? Come on Target experts. I have vowed to apply quarterly until approved.

    If this is for the guest card, I got the same message. And viola! Today I got my shiny new Target guest card. Equifax - 578. Credit limit - whopping $200.
