Hello roomies.... I have several federal IRS tax liends that I have just paid in full and am trying to get them cleaned off my credit report ( I know, their a monster!) I have read I can go to my local county clerk and request a hearing from jude to have them vacated (for reasons such as never served, etc,,) has anyone had any experience with this sorta thing?

probably wasn't the best idea to pay them before petitioning for vacation. by doing that, you've proven that you knew about them and they were valid.

    any legal beagles out there?
