Does anyone have detailed info regarding Telecheck? I tried to open a bank account with USAA bank over the phone. They only run Telecheck to open new checking and savings accounts. USAA declined and said I had a "4" rating with Telecheck. I called Telecheck, and found they have an account listing from 1994 that is inaccurate. I plan on disputing, however, where can you find info on their "rating" system, etc. Their toll free number and web site doesn't give any information.
