I just got a telemarketing call from AMEX, trying to sell accidential disability insurance. What? I didnt think they did this kind of thing. Are they stooping to the level of Cap1 and Citibank. Oh pleze.

That's funny. I had applied for both AMEX Blue and AMEX Delta Skymiles back in December before I had made a dent in my credit repair. Got denied for both. In January they call me on a telemarketing call, offering me a Delta Skymiles Card. I asked them why they chose to call me. They said that I had been "pre-selected" based on certain criteria. I said, "Well, that's interesting because my "criteria" hasn't changed since last month when you denied me the first time'. He didn't know what to say. Click. Hmm.

Well, I hope Amex will not report to any bureau. If they do, I will hit a brick wall immediatedly and that will causes severe damaging to my reports.
