I have the Cap One and Providian "retention" numbers. Someone on the board mentioned calling an "automated line" for these companies to see if they are offering limit increases on an account. Does anyone have telphone numbers or know anything about this? Thank you.
Jim, Call the Capital One regular number and listen to the options. One of them is for line increases. When you choose that one you will automatically be reviewed for an increase. I don't know about Providian.
