I pulled my husbands report and I need a few questions answered in order to go in the right direction.

On his TU and EX, the current address is wrong. It is a California address and we are in TX (never lived in CA). Do we dispute the address or is there a place to just change it?

My next questions have to do with wording.

There is an account that was included in BK that says charge-off. Does that matter?

Our truck was not included in BK, we are still paying on it (3 more months). It says included in BK and it was not. Is that a big deal?

If you just pulled the report then the correct address should be in their systems now. You can dispute the the address and they should remove it. I am not well versed in BK stuff, so someone else will help you with your other questions.

If the account was charged off before you filed BK, then it is correct as long as it also says IIB (included in bankruptcy).

As far as the truck goes, EVERYTHING is included in BK, even if you continue paying on it.

Are there any accounts on your husband's reports that are not his, that might be associated with the erroneous California address?
