yeah some of those post are blunt and to the point.. some guy was asking if anyone knew of a lender that could do a stated asset, stated income no doc o down purchase loan with a 480 middle fico... the response was "get a life" or something to that nature.. it was funny.. but i felt bad.... LOL kev
i probably would have said the same thing, this guy bought one of those late night courses, has no job, bad credit, no assets, and no money and wants to get rich quick !?! humblemarc
i surprise more people havent checked this out.. cause i see all these post about how do i get a mortgage with such and such credit with such and such or 0 down how much will i pay.. and here is a great resource that only a few even look at.. things that make you go hmmm.. kev
