hahahaha...I tried to call their support because my login has not worked in weeks. I kept getting the recording that their office hours are 9am to 5pm EST. So, I called the main number and waited as if I had a rotary phone and told the girl that I can't get through to support. She proceeds to tell me they have ONE guy in their support staff and he's probably out to lunch. ONE?! Are you kidding me? You get what you pay for. At least if you aren't me - I can't login.
Anytime I have had problems, I just emailed them, usually get reply within the hour?? But then again it's free, so you get what you paid for.
