Since Experian is located in Texas, can the Texas Attorney General help in matters where Experian refuses to reinvestigate accounts on your credit report?

I've often wondered this myself. Experian's HQ is a 10 minute drive from my house.

Is this in conjunction with your other message?

If so, I don't see the violation. Maybe it is beyond SOL but they can still post the information, and the information could legally be validated from the OC.

Where do you think they have violated any law?

Does anybody else know if the Texas AG help's in matter where Experian won't investigate? I tried complaining to the FTC, the BBB, and my state's Attoreny General's Office, but they did not help at all.
