cash1, Did you get a complaint form with your BS letter? I got one. I have been told, I think, that they will help you more than the FTC. The BBB is a total waste of time. I have the complaint form that I'm filling out tomorrow, so we'll see what happens. Charlie
I filled out the complaint form online. I wish I could give you a more encouraging response. I have filed suit against the CA I filed a complaint with the AG about. The CA is very stubborn. I haven't got a court date yet. I have become very familiar with not only FCRA and FDCPA but also the Texas Fair Debt Collection. I will be more than happy to share the outcome with all on CN.
