I noticed on several post for people to list the text of their summons. what would be the best way to handle this. At the present time I do have a credit card with Household that was opened 5 months ago and never late. If i had this much of a charge off, would they have opened another account?

    Household would, yes.

But on the flip side, CACH, LLC is not one of the bright stars of the collection industry. How much is principal, how much is interest and fees? How old is the debt?

Seems like a real Complaint. You're going to need to file a responsive pleading.
