Thanks all, with your wonderful advice my husband is now in the 800 club! We started in March his was 510 mine was 550 He is now at 855 I am at 600, and after many letters (nutcase!!) all 3 of my R9 TL will drop off in 3 months! He applyed for a Mastercard and of course was accepted with a 8K limit with me as an AU..so we are well on our way! Thanks again it feels great! Rhonda
Wow, 855 is a pretty impressive score. Is that a FICO score? I have one revolving account that if I paid off I would be right at about 801. That is getting up there! EDIT: Not to take anything away from your achievement, which is truly outstanding, but don't FICO scores only go up to 850?
That is truly impressive. To ask the question that everyone wants to know, what accounts do you have, ie age, limits, etc.
Well, she never said if it was FICO or FAKO. I think the TU FAKO goes up to 930 or something..but yeah, FICO only goes up to 850.
Never say never. Worst case scenario.. from now on, you *never* have anything bad added to your report.. you dont dispute anything, but all current baddies fall off in the next 7 years or so, and you keep it going like that forever... I think it's possible
WOW!!!!! That's the biggest jump and the highest FICO I've heard of. Good going...I'm 9 points from the 800 club...feels so close yet so far away.
