I am mostly a lurker, but have learned so much from everyones experience and input. I think I can finally see the light and might possible be able to see us looking for a house by the new year. I found CN 9/02 only reading didn't join, pulled DH report for the 1st time and disputed a few small items and was thrilled when I got deletions. Unfortunately w/ holidays and DH had a medical emergency I put all this down and didn't stat again until April/May . Well here goes: 9/02 EQ 2 pos 12 neg Ex 5 pos 5 neg TU 3 pos 9 neg 8/03 EQ 5 pos 5 neg EX 8 pos 3 neg TU 3 pos 6 neg 2 negs across the board were military debts - 1 VA and 1 cc, both paid in full (they took it out of our tx return) so I have to wait to tackle that. 1 neg across the board Zales , can't validate, yet CRA keep verifying, I'm about to get nasty. 1 neg across the board Sears $0 bal, but showing as sold EQ - RMA won't validate, just deputed w/ CRA 7/31 I know it's not much compared to others, but it is definitely encouraging to see results and to see others on this board getting results too.
