I just wanted to thank each and everyone of you that contributed to my success in finally cleaning up DH's and my credit reports. We have been approved for up to $320,000 for a home loan in Northern VA. It is a 80/20 loan with NO PMI and we only have to come out of our pockets with no more than $2500. It took me 1 1/2 years to accomplish this task but I did it with all of your help.
We will not be crazy enough to find a $320,000. We are looking in the $250,000 range that way our payments will not go any higher than $1600. We bring home $4400 after taxes a month so it won't be a strain. Thanks for the good wishes!!
