That intent to sue letter worked like a charm. It was for a small medical collection that was never submitted to my insurance. I got a letter this week, telling me that are deleting from the credit bureaus with a copy of the universal data form attached. I had requested validation, and sent the estoppel and that did not work. I also offered payment for deletion and that did not work either. But your letter did!!!! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! Thank you so much for posting that letter.
