The latest success was following recommendations that I call TARGET to seek a lower APR on my new Visa. 15.9 to 12.9, like that. Big savings and great 10,000CL. Thanks to those who said to call. Also, this year: Had my MBNA LOC inreased to 19000 and Apr reduced to 11.96, Got Best Buy (great no int offers), Macy's 1600 CL, Get Smart CL now at 8000 with 7.99 Fixed (since May 99) and A HHB-QCard(qvc) 2000CL Happy Holidays H
