Some of you may remember that I recently got a few hundred dollars back from Junum for charging me fees and costs for deletion months after I had cancelled them. One thing I didn't know was that Junum had started to send their own disputes out, without me sending in new CRs. However, they did and actually got 4 more things removed off my/my wife's report. (Experian and TU -- no news on Equifax yet)..The other benefit that it gave me was a "fresh" CR with new conf. number -- so I can go and do some more disputes without paying for a report and not having to apply for anything! Thanks Junum You didn't hear it from me...
Hey, all that aggravation deserves a little compensation. Congratulations on the deletions Hurricane! A little found credit, like a little karma, comes a long way, goes a long way -Peace, Dave
Although it worked out well for you this time, I suggest you call Junum and tell them point blank to stop all disputes on your behalf. I cancelled Junum last June. In January they sent out a dispute to Experian. This was after I had settled my lawsuit with exp. They disputed 2 accts that were already gone and 2 that were perfect. I got a letter from exp. atty asking me what the hell I was doing. I had to explain it to him. I then called Junum and told them if any more disputes go out for me, they will be talking to my lawyer. They of course denied they did this. But I have copies of the letter and envelope post marked from Santa Ana, Cal. Be careful with them.
