Orchard just raised my CL $150 to a whooping $450. That should help east the $79 annual fee coming up in May. I've only had it since May so I guess an increase after six months is a good sign.

My Cap1 ($2250) has just now become one-year old but I'm not even going to ask for an increase 'cause I don't need another three hits for a CL increase of $100. At least that's been the case a lot according to this board.

Do PFB and ask for a CLI WITHOUT any hards being pulled. I got a $1200 CLI that way 2 weeks ago and NO HARDS!

What did you say in your feedback, if I may ask.

Guess I deleted it already. I basically wrote that I had been a cust for 2+ years and my credit has improved, but this card doesn't reflect the credit worthy person that I am now. I felt like that even though my credit had improved, Cap 1 still looks at me and treats me as though I'm a "subprime" customer. I stated that I wanted an increase to a $5K limit so that I could upgrade to a Platinum card(limit at the time was $3200) and enjoy those benefits since I had been a good customer. I stated that "I would like this done without pulling any hard inquiries from the credit bureaus". I then was nice and said I looked forward to a continued relationship with Capital One.

I got a response from Amanda Mays in 19 days and she increase my CL from $3200 ----->$4400. Didn't get all that I wanted, but I have another toy card that I will combine soon and I will have my $5K in CL to convert to plat. Hope that helps a little.

That's better than I can get! I have been with Orchard for almost two years now, with perfect CC payments and they won't raise my original limit ($700).

It's ok though, they are still a leftover from my subprime days and I just keep them for the history.
