I wish i would have found this site BEFORE i embarked upon repairing my credit profile on my own. At any rate, this site and all the information from you people is invaluable. Thanks... I just checked on the progress of my disputes with Experian...I disputed 9 of 10 derogs....so far 4 have been deleted and 1 (tax lien) has been updated....and 3 are still pending (Fingers Crossed). Of the deletions, 2 were disputed as "Paid in Full", 2 were "NO Knowledge/Not Mine" Anyone know how to get a "paid in full" tax lien removed so it doesn't affect the credit rating as much?
Well, you probably self validated it by disputing it as paid in full. The first thing you need to do is have all the old addresses removed off your report. From what I have heard tax liens are the devil to get off your report.
