Let us see... since I have had the pleasure of such fine company and conversation on this board I have 1) One asuit with wells fargo for a car finance fiasco, this netted me 1500.00 and a excellent credit report rating from them 2) scores that are now in "B" grade 3) This is the biggest. drum roll please... a home loan at 6.8% with terms you only drem about. Thanks to all who share thier experinces and there mistakes and success. It has all played apart. I am now working on getting into the "A" grade of credit . I am so proud to say I thank God first that I am the ownwer of a three bedroom brick ranch home with the garage and large barn shack and everything. Knowledge is truely power. Thanks guys. I only have three things to straighten out on my credit. well only two. a 98 dollar paid judgment falls off in a month or two. and a nasty charge off that I have not been able to get them to verify still remanis, this is really hurting my score.
