...sorry about that guys. Site was not cooperating. Anyway....I need a letter for TU after 2 attempts to correct and a bunch of crap they added cuz I pissed them off. Stuff that I never asked them to investigage has shown up. 2 new CA's I've never seen from 3 years ago and a new address that is a freaking mystery to me. What is the best approach to get those new items removed and get them to "reinvestigate" the others? Also, what letter do I sent to the other 2 CRA's after 2 rounds? Still some crap showing up that I'd like corrected. Overall scores up 100 points to date...but, want to get another 20 points or so. Thanks for all you Cnetters and your help. This is where I send my borrowers when they need to clean up their stuff. Need this ASAP...need to get this in the mail TODAY!!
LoanQueen, I am not an expert but if you have disputed the item and they have not corrected then I would send them an ITS listing the items and when you disputed with dates etc... and if that does not work then the only solution is suing them.
