Does anyone have a letter along the lines of "what you sent me is not proper validation" that I can take a look at? Received a fill in the blank type form from the CA, that was obviously faxed to them by OC, but well heck-- You keep telling me I owe $184 for a phone bill but what does that consist of? Thanks
