How do you guys count the 30 days before sending the letter to the CRA asking for removal? Trans Union received my dispute letter on September 12, and as of today I haven't gotten a response. Also, on the 15th of September I received a letter from Equifax saying that they forwarded my request to CSC in Texas because they handle reports in my area. I haven't received anything from them either. I wasn't sure if you just give them 30 days or count only business days, etc. Sorry..this may be a stupid question!
    Thanks!

You can not be too exact with this. Give them 30 days total or you could wait up til 45 days but I would have a follow up letter ready to send out now stating that you have given them time to verify the item and demand removal. By the time they get it it could be off or it really will be more than enough time to force them to remove it.
