Hi everyone. I know that I could be "charged" with making "frivilous" investigations if I re-dispute an item with a CRA before 90 days have gone by, but is it 90 days after I sent the original dispute or 90 days after they send me the results of their investigation?

    Thanks!

I disputed several accounts on all 3 CRA's.

They sent back a new credit report after 30 days but not everything was fixed.

I disputed again the same day (30 days). If they didn't do their invstigation properly, why should I have to wait 90 days?
