    I will pull a new report tonight and check. But how does that help me?

    I am trying to see what violation of FDCPA & FCRA I can pin these guys on.

    And a sample of ITS based on the above thread.

    Did you have an account with "Associates"? Do you recognize the account?

    What is SOL in your state?

    Yes, I did. The SOL is 6 yrs in NY.
