A tradeline was updated today from a large balance to $0 balance (okay, that's good...). However it is now stating: Remarks:_ PAID ACCOUNT / ZERO BALANCE UNSECURED Payment Status:_ At least 120 days or more than four payments past due_ How can it be paid and 120 days past due? There was actually a 1 point drop in scoring today. I would have thought an increase with the balance decrease, but the 120 days.......... what is this about??? Anyone? How shall I proceed?
