Yes - it finally closed on March 9, 2004. I cannot believe it - so the current RENTER will pay DM $1400 month and will probably move out mid April - and I opened the mail and there were the records - tax info, etc. I will probably move in May 1. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my paws. You taught me the PROCESS of going from 42 negs on all reports - to getting a NICE townhome on the SF Peninsula. My HELOC will be funded on March 30. It was preset - waiting for the property to transfer to DOGMAN. Gosh - somehow, it all worked out. I have to copy this to the other boards as well - because many of you know the whole DOGMAN story. I am thankful I was given this opportunity.

WHOOOOHOOOOO! DOGMAN! You da dawg! I know how you feel. I started my journey 4/02. On 3/03, I closed on a brand new (new construction) 4 BR house! I love knowing that I am coming home to MY house!
