Help me friends!! I live right here in Atlanta. I sent my first dispute letter with return receipt on July 2, 2001. I received my cards back from TU and EX, but not from these jokers. I called the post office. They told me that I had to allow 15 mailing days to see if anyone actually signed (stamped) the card. I called the EQUIFAX POST OFFICE and some woman tells me that I have to take this matter up with the post office that I mailed from. I called them back and they told me no I have to talk to the receiving post office. I finnaly got someone at the EQ post office that was nice enuff to say that she would research it and call me at home (yeah right)! That was last Thursday. I hate to redo my dispute since I am on such a roll. Any suggestions?
Thanks George. I just was hoping to get out of doing this one (especially the CRA I dislike the most) all over again.
