When I read the title of this thread I was inclined to just skip right over it. Then I read the original post and determined that this is GREAT. It directly coincides with my job and the profession I am about to enter. It will be the happiest day of your life. I hope everything goes well in court, as I know it will. You have taken advantage of a lot of legal and personal knowledge that this board has had to offer you on this issue. I admire your persistance and determination in completing the process.
