I already offered you me to pick on, now you're going to other threads trying to pick a fight with others. Coward or what? http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&pgnum=1&postid=273264#post273264 http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&pgnum=1&postid=273263#post273263 Grow the hell up and get a clue.
What is your trip? I feel the same way about him that humblemarc feels about me. Now this is CONSTRUCTIVE, the same way that humblemarc was being constructive. You need thicker skin than that to play this credit game...IMO
here is what humblemarc wrote to me, and EVERYONE backed him up on it and said that it was not an attack, rather intended to be constructive: "No offense, Kid, but after reading several of your posts, i think you need to reread the first three threads and the all the links in those threads. I feel like you are giving out misleading and sometimes wrong info. . . " Ain't that a bitch when it goes both ways?
Humblemarc has been here for a long time, and I've never seen him post anything other than constructive advice. If he disagrees with someone elses advice, It is only out of concern that the right path be taken. I've read enough of his posts to know that he is accurate, and fair. Kid, what is your claim to fame? Perhaps if you were to post some of your experience and background, people would take you seriously... Personal attacks will only get you ignored and discredited. I'm just a new guy around here, trying to sort out good advice from bad. Attacking respected creditnet members makes me think twice about other things you say. Radi8
No, you're looking for someone to pick on. You found a target and went after her for no good reason. Practice what you've been preaching all day. RESPECT
Yeah, go ahead, post what you've been referring to as your greatness in saving us all. You bugged marc all day to reply to you. I say, put your money where your mouth is, in other words, put up or shut up.
Do I need a "claim to fame" in order to post? I didn't know that, lol. You guys and girls need to respect other posters, regardless of how long they have been around the board, regardless of how many posts they have. We are ALL HUMAN BEINGS, WHAT IS SO DAMN HARD TO COMPREHEND ABOUT THAT??????? Now I said the same thing to waalien that humblemarc said to me. Be fair and do not jump on me because I am a newbie.
Where did Waalien err? He's exactly right! >>>Originally posted by waalien But Butch, it is illegal for them to call if they know where the debtor is. Sounds from the original post that they talked to him and told him that if he didn't pay they were going to start calling his neighbors. Therefore, they had no need to confirm his location, and from the information available in the OP regarding the message left by the CA, they didn't appear to be trying to confirm his location, they only wanted the neighbors to relay the message. The only problem with that is proving it. I think this is a very hard violation to prove, because they have to prove that the CA knew without a doubt where the debtor was and had no reason to need to confirm it. I'm not disagreeing that it's not illegal to call neighbors to determine or confirm location information, I'm just saying that from the information available in this particular post, what the CA did was wrong. As for only using the acronym, as I said before, CPS is way more ominous to me than anything else, because where I'm from CPS is for Child Protective Services, and they only call when something is allegedly, terribly wrong. >>> Radi8
I disagree, waalien has educated herself and was asking for clarification. What you were doing was looking for someone else to join your boat. That, in itself, was complete disrespect for another. You keep spouting about respect and then purposefully set out to attack an innocent party. I'll take my cue from you from earlier today, endless asking- where is your proof? Come on, big man. Produce or get off the pot.
>> Do I need a "claim to fame" in order to post? I didn't know that, lol. >> No, of course not. It's when you attack people who are giving accurate advice that your experience becomes important. >> You guys and girls need to respect other posters, regardless of how long they have been around the board, regardless of how many posts they have. >> I have never, ever had a problem, despite being new. But then again, I welcome being corrected. I'm here to learn, not to impress. >> We are ALL HUMAN BEINGS, WHAT IS SO DAMN HARD TO COMPREHEND ABOUT THAT??????? >> That's not the issue. Accuracy is. If i'm going to risk getting sued, or other peril, I'm interested in accuracy...not "touchy-feely" self-seteem building. >> Now I said the same thing to waalien that humblemarc said to me. >> Actually, you've repeated the paragraph several times, apparantly at random. Looks more like an attempt to annoy than to help. >> Be fair and do not jump on me because I am a newbie. >> Wouldn't think of it. Neither would others here. They "jump" because you are: 1) attacking personalities, not advice. 2) attacking without backing up the attack. 3) wrong 4) posting to disrupt, not advise. Radi8
I think you got accidentally drug into the wallow of mud. Sorry, Butch, didn't mean for you to get involved. For some reason this guy just peeves the tar out of me.
Ma_bear didn't do it, I did. I was quoting from Waalien's quote of Butch's quote... Oops.Sorry, there it is again! Radi8
I guess the "Kid's" mamma had to put him to bed, no replies for awhile. Just have to taunt you Kid, you were so good at it earlier, where's your proof Superman?
Re: shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Let's all sneak into the family room and watch horror movies, while mom and dad are sleeping. . . ~
