I have an MBNA loan that was a charge off in 1998 The account: -is deleted off Transunion -is reporting:as an R9 on equifax --1-30 days, 1-60 days, 9-90+days so its is reporting very negatively on equifax and experian. limit 1000, balance 1645.00, apr 27% I need some adice as what to do with this account. ....will be paid off in 6 months, should i balance transfer majority of balance... ask for a settlement of 50-60 % of balance, then balance transfer the rest. then work REALLY hard to get the account deleted from equifax and experian. or what should i do! the interest is killing me!
