when I first learned to type (personal computers didn't exist) we made pictures just from a "." or other symbols. . .. ..... ........ ............ ............... ... ... ... With a little effort this could be a little tree. Just squint and turn your head at the right angle. ;-)

...surfing and found this dot com... ...I don't think I understand the point of this post. Is it to establish the validity of the period in our society?... or is it to challenge everything we know and take for granted regarding punctuation law? I say we replace the '.' with the '$' After all, everything comes down to money$
